I have known Anu since the time she came to do her master NLP training with me. I saw her work and was blown away. I immediately asked her to take a creative session with us. She is the only student of mine who I have invited to work with us. “One of the most amazing experiences”
One of the most amazing experiences one can have is doing a workshop on Art Meditation with Anu. I went in with no knowledge and basic skill and came out with a passion that I believe has long lived dormant in my soul. Anu is very connected with all her students and treats each one as an individual. For anyone wanting to learn how to achieve mental stillness and focus, train their brain and achieve personal growth goals, I definitely recommend Anu’s classes. Importantly, for anyone who just wants to learn to let go, this is one of the most important lessons you can have.

“It's the place of union between body and mind”
My learning - an old dog can learn a new trick! But also, that art can be so absorbing you can be in the present minus all the thoughts of future and past. It's the place of union between body and mind. And the union produces a beautiful piece of art. Thank you very much Anu for enabling this experience. It's actually been very gratifying Anu... Never thought I was capable of this. But like birds, you probably drew mental lines around us and out popped all the artists hiding in each of us!

It taught me that art was not to impress but to express... That really helped me be myself always Re-read your blog featured on Zentangle , Anu... I now remember.. I had subconsciously modelled you in breathing some life into whatever I did and doing it with a sense of direction.... And the no mistakes theory... “The Zentangle sessions were extremely amazing”
The Zentangle sessions conducted by Anu were extremely amazing. Each and every session was unique in its own way. Got to learn something new in every session. These sessions feel like some kind of meditation which clears your mind from all negative thoughts and brings in more positivity and helps you enhance your focus. Anu not only trained me on different types of tangles but also explained the significance of them. Throughout my sessions I was totally engrossed and enjoyed the learnings received every day. I never thought of me having a creative side, but these sessions really brought out my creativity. The Zentangle sessions brought in a sense of calmness and happiness. Anu connects with each individual personally and helps them in their learning. It was one of the best learning experiences so far. I will truly recommend her for learning Zentangle and other methods...
